Our Board of Directors is made up of people with impeccable characters and who have distinguished themselves in various fields of human endeavours.

OUR BOARD IS COMPOSED OF THE FOLLOWING:

SIR EMMANUEL A. OKPALAOKA (CHAIRMAN)

SIR EMMANUEL A OKPALAOKA Sir Emma A. Okpalaoka is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Taxation. He is a graduate of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu where he obtained the Higher National Diploma (HND) Upper Credit in Accountancy in the year 1982.

He also holds the MBA in Finance and Banking from the then Anambra State University of Science and Technology (now ESUT) Enugu.

Sir Okpalaoka, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) is presently the Senior Partner in the Firm of Agochukwu Okpalaoka & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as well as a Director in some other leading companies. Mr Okpalaoka is married with children.

NZE MIKE EZEANYIM (DIRECTOR)

Mr Ezeanyim is a successful business man and deals in all kinds of motor spare parts at the popular Industrial Market Area, Coal Camp, Enugu. He is also the General Chairman of the Neighbour hood Watch Association, Uga. Mr Ezeanyim who is the chairman of the Boards Credit Committee is married with children.

NZE CHIKA OKPALA (DIRECTOR)

Nze Chika Okpala is a graduate of Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Accountancy Department. He is a successful business man and the Chairman of Star, Benz Trading Company Ltd established in Enugu and Onitsha for over thirty (30) years. Nze Okpala who is the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee is married with children.

CHIEF AZUBUIKE OKPALAOKA (DIRECTOR)

Chief Azubike Okpalaoka Mr A. Okpalaoka is a Chartered Stock Broker of repute. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc) in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Benin. Mr A. Okpalaoka has attended numerous workshops and seminars on the Nigeria Capital Market.
An Infectious Communicator and Strategist, Mr Okpalaoka is currently the Chief Executive Officer of TRW Stock Brokers Ltd., Lagos. He is the Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee and is married with children.

MR I.G.CHUKWULOZIE (CDA. REP. DIRECTOR)

Mr I.G.Chukwulozie holds the West African School Certificate and is a well established and successful business man dealing on caterpillar and generator parts in the Industrial Market Coal Camp Enugu.
He has ventured into Public Transportation as well, Mr Chukwulozie presently represents the Community Development Association (CDA) on the Board of Coal Camp Micro Finance Bank Ltd. He is married with children.

MRS NKECHI OKEKE (MANAGING DIRECTOR)

Mrs Nkechi Okeke A pioneer staff of the Coal camp Community Bank of Nigeria Limited. Mrs Okeke joined the Bank at its inception in 1995 and rose through the ranks to her present position. Mrs Okeke holds the National Certificate in Education (NCE) Accounts/Economics from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu and B.Sc Degree in Accountancy from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. She was at various times the Banks Marketing Officer, Head of Credit, Deputy Manager, and Manager, Mayo Market Branch before taking over as the Managing Director on acting capacity in 2011 She is a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB) and presently the Managing Director of Coal Camp Microfinance Bank Limited.
